Clutter’s Last Stand Don Aslett’s books are inexpensive, have fun illustrations and set the mood to clear up and clean up.

Not for Packrats Only : How to Clean Up, Clear Out, and Dejunk Your Life Forever! Another good one from Don Aslett. It’s similar enough to the one above that you probably do not need both.

Clear Your Clutter With Feng Shui It’s tough for a hard-nosed pragmatic geek to buy a book like this, but on a recommendation from a friend I respect, I tried it – and liked it. There’s sufficient unobvious, yet pragmatic aspects to Feng Shui (e.g. don’t let stuff block doors from fully opening) that it’s worth reading – even if the spiritual part is a hard sell. Who knows, it won’t hurt!
